‍All donations for Elvo Health products are fully refundable if the products are not delivered by December 31, 2025.
Elvo donations are also refundable if the person receiving the Elvo credits is not satisfied with the product.
All donations will be used to fund Elvo credits for needy seniors with dementia or other cognitive changes.

Eligibility for Refunds for Preorders:
All preorders of Elvo Health products are fully refundable if the products are not delivered by December 31, 2025.
Elvo preorders are also refundable if you are not satisfied with the product.
All Elvo preorders come with free beta testing during the beta phase, scheduled to run sometime between Q2 2024 to Q2 2025, and the paid period only starts after the beta phase. Preorders also typically come with significant discounts, which will be detailed in your preorder email.
Unless specified otherwise in your preorder refund eligibility details email, you can request a refund of your preorder before January 1, 2027, after you begin using the product.some text
